My mission is to deliver superior legal service to clients facing the challenges of divorce. I provide premarital and pre-divorce consulting services to clients. I represent clients in contested divorce cases from the beginning of the case through settlement or trial. I also handle appeals of divorce, child custody or child support case to the Alaska Supreme Court.
In addition to offering traditional divorce legal services, I can add value for clients who are interested in exploring alternatives to litigation. I am involved with developing a practice group of attorneys who offer clients the opportunity to participate in the collaborative law approach, which is an non-adversarial process for resolving divorce and family law cases.
